Begin with the tasks already completed
An approved residence application does not tell us whether you have registered an address, arranged a tax card or prepared bank documents. We start with your actual progress and identify what remains.
Your employer may already be managing some tasks. We ask what they cover and which steps you must organise personally, then agree a service that avoids unnecessary duplication.
For example, you may have completed the residence stage but still need to organise address registration and the materials requested by a bank. In that situation, the service should focus on those outstanding tasks rather than charge you to begin immigration preparation again. This is an illustration of how a scope is selected, not a customer case.
CPR registration preparation
Where civil registration assistance is needed, we help organise the relevant local process and supporting information. The residence and address requirements are considered together, and we explain any personal attendance required.
If your accommodation or residence documentation is still unresolved, the plan should identify that dependency rather than assume that registration can simply be completed immediately.
MitID guidance while you retain control
MitID is Denmark's digital identity system. Setup options depend on your identification and circumstances; the official process includes routes for people without a Danish CPR number. Digital access should therefore not be described as requiring exactly the same sequence for everyone.
Our agreed assistance can help you understand the relevant preparation and personal setup steps. You keep control of your credentials, identity checks and approvals. We do not ask for your password or complete approvals by impersonating you.
Digital Post orientation
We can help you understand the relevant official information about digital correspondence and the next steps for your circumstances. Knowing how to access and check official messages is part of practical establishment, particularly when several processes are underway.
A short orientation can explain where to find the relevant service and how to distinguish a message that needs action from a general notification. If correspondence requires work beyond the agreed scope, that assistance is discussed separately.
Tax card and employment registration preparation
For newcomers starting Danish employment, the agreed support can include organising the information for tax registration and clarifying the relevant next step with the employer. A tax card and municipal residence registration are related practical matters but are not the same process.
We help prepare the agreed administrative work. Personal tax planning, treaty questions and specialist accounting advice require an appropriately scoped professional service. Tell us about cross-border employment or other unusual arrangements before assuming a standard arrival checklist applies.
Bank account and NemKonto preparations
Banks have their own identification and account-opening processes. We can help organise the information requested by your chosen provider, identify missing materials and guide the agreed next steps. Account approval remains the bank's decision.
NemKonto is an account designated for payments from Danish public authorities, not a separate bank account product. Official guidance includes designation of Danish or foreign accounts, subject to the relevant process. Salary-account requirements must be considered separately where applicable.
A realistic arrival plan
We agree which tasks are included, what you must do personally and which items depend on external decisions or documents. Some preparation can take place before arrival; other work requires information that becomes available later.
A coordinated service is useful because it identifies these dependencies. It does not imply that permits, registration, MitID and banking can all be guaranteed in a single day.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. You may need help with one practical task rather than a complete settling-in service. For example, your registration may be complete while you still want guidance preparing for a bank appointment or understanding the next step in setting up your digital access.
Tell us which steps are finished and what is causing uncertainty. We assess a focused scope and explain any dependencies, the assistance included and the fee. If several tasks are connected, we can propose coordinated support, but you do not have to purchase unrelated services.
No. MitID is your personal digital identity. You retain control of the identity checks, credentials and approvals, and should not give us access codes or ask us to approve an action on your behalf.
Our assistance can cover agreed preparation, explaining the steps and coordinating an appointment where relevant. You complete the identity verification and any approvals yourself through the appropriate process. Tell us which stage is difficult, without sending login information, so we can assess the guidance you need and explain what remains your personal responsibility.
No. NemKonto is the designation of an account for payments from public authorities, rather than a separate bank account product. Opening an account and arranging its designation are therefore different tasks, and the relevant procedure depends on the account and your circumstances.
If you want practical assistance, tell us whether you already have an account and which step needs clarification. We can scope preparation and coordination while you retain control of your banking and identity approvals. The bank and relevant authority make their own decisions; assistance does not guarantee an account or designation.
Accommodation bookings, rent, deposits and a guaranteed property are not included in a standard administrative settling-in service. Housing support, if available, needs its own scope because searching, contacting providers and coordinating viewings are different work from preparing a registration.
Tell us what accommodation is already arranged and what help you want. We confirm the service available before quoting and separate our assistance from landlord or accommodation costs. If your address affects another task, such as municipal registration, we explain that dependency rather than assuming every booking is suitable.
Yes. A company can commission agreed settling-in support for an employee, including selected arrival tasks or a coordinated service. We clarify what the employer funds, what the employee completes personally and which updates the company needs.
This is particularly useful when permission or registration preparation is already handled but the employee still needs practical assistance getting established. Share the tasks already arranged and any target dates. Our quotation defines the included work, communication arrangement and additional personal or family services that would need separate approval.
