Your individual circumstances determine the relevant route. These answers explain how our support works and the questions worth clarifying before you travel.
Frequently asked questions for individuals
What can you help with when I move to Denmark?
We help organise the administrative side of your move: reviewing documents, preparing relevant residence or EU registration steps, planning CPR registration and explaining MitID, Digital Post, tax and bank onboarding. Your proposal states exactly which tasks we will handle. You can ask for selected services rather than an entire relocation package.
Do EU and non-EU citizens follow the same process?
The relevant support depends on your nationality and plans. Tell us your situation and we will assess which service is appropriate for your move.
Can you help international students?
Yes. We support EU and non-EU students with the agreed residence preparation and arrival administration. Tell us about your study plans so we can propose relevant support.
I already have a residence permit in Germany or another EU country - is that enough?
Tell us the country, permit type and reason for moving. A residence permit issued by another country does not by itself establish the Danish route that applies to your work or long-term stay. We review which questions need clarification rather than assuming your existing permit transfers to Denmark.

Can my partner and children move with me?
We can review your family’s circumstances and discuss support for the relevant residence and arrival matters. Include everyone moving with you in your enquiry.
Do I need a Danish address before CPR registration?
Your accommodation and current status affect the preparation. We review your circumstances and explain what is needed for the registration work we agree to handle.
What should I send in my first enquiry?
Tell us your nationality, where you currently live, why you are moving, your destination and approximate timing. If relevant, mention your job offer, course and accompanying family. Do not attach passport copies or CPR numbers to the first enquiry. We will explain what is needed and how to provide documents appropriately.
Can I arrange my relocation while I am still abroad?
We can discuss your plans, review the agreed documents and prepare steps before travel. Other tasks may require a qualifying address, an official decision or your personal attendance in Denmark. We distinguish preparation from the steps that can only be completed later.
How much does your relocation support cost?
Your price depends on the services, number of people and work involved. We provide a defined scope and fee before you commit. Separate authority or third-party costs are identified where relevant.
Can you guarantee approval or a fixed processing time?
No. Authorities, municipalities and banks decide applications and control their own appointment availability and processing times. We help with preparation, coordination and the tasks in your agreement. Your plan identifies important dependencies so you can make informed travel and work arrangements.
Can I get help in a language other than English?
You can communicate with us in Danish, English, German or Turkish. Tell us your preferred language when you contact us. This helps us explain the practical steps clearly; any formal document translation requirements are considered separately.
Do you find jobs, university places or housing?
The services on this website focus on relocation administration and practical guidance. We do not promise employment, university admission or a rental property. If you need help beyond the listed scope, ask us first so we can explain whether we can assist or whether another provider is needed.
Can I combine several relocation services?
Yes. Select all the services you are interested in when you contact us. We review your situation and propose a connected scope and fee.
How do I get a price for my case?
Send us a short enquiry about your plans and the services you need. We discuss the relevant support and agree the price before paid work begins.
